2. We will replace the book free of charge, provided that it meets the following criteria:
-The book is in the same condition as when it was received.
-The book has not been used or read beyond what is necessary to determine its condition.
3. To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
-Contact our customer service team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the issue.
-We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide instructions on how to return the book.
4. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the book was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the replacement criteria outlined in point 2. If it does, we will ship the replacement book within 2-4 business days.
6. If we are unable to replace the book due to unavailability, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the book.
7. The replacement policy applies only to physical books purchased through our website, and not to digital downloads or audiobooks.
